If you're talking 5E then no, you haven't, they just haven't been released yet. Best guess anyone has is they'll probably be in Rigger's book, and there's no timeline on that yet.

for building.... None
for modding/upgrading You can either wait for the Rigger 5 Book ( see Scytheknight's Post) or you can use the SR4A Vehicle& Drone Mods rules ( I bet that a lot of them will appear in the future Rigger Book anyway ;) )
