I'm pretty sure he actually posted it to his personal FB, not the official one.  Just a geek being excited about his book coming out, I think.

Barnes & Nobles has it listed for release tomorrow (Nov 28)...hoping my FLGS has a copy coming in as well...to supplement the ePub version (which I'll actually be reading )

Can't speak for Fiji, but Hawaii? Guh. It's a third-world country disguising itself as a state. Beautiful to visit, stay long enough and you start making plans to get back to the Mainland.
