Hey,

I'm hoping to compile a list of all the officially published CMPs, as well as any unpublished Prime Missions, CMPs, and other oddities (i.e. that people may have played at conventions and are at liberty to share information about). So far, I have purchased some of the published books that contain some of these adventures, but I'm looking for more info in general.

So far, I've found the following (unpublished means that the material has not been released to the general public as far as I am aware):

Official, published material
E-CAT26601: Bad Moon Rising (SR4)
CMP 2008: Bad Moon Rising In The East

E-CAT26CMP10: Elven Blood (SR4)
CMP 2011-04: Ancient Pawns
CMP 2012-05: Hopping the Fence
CMP 2012-06: Domestic Tranquility
CMP 2012-07: Grocery List
CMP 2012-08: The Hung Over

E-CAT27480: Sprawl Wilds (SR4/5)
CMP 2010-01: Manhunt
CMP 2010-02: Carbon Copy
CMP 2010-03: Ashes
CMP 2010-04: Humanitarian Aid

CAT27481: Firing Line (SR4/5)
CMP 2010-05: Lost Islands Found
CMP 2010-06: Deconstructing Patriots
CMP 2010-07: Congressional Conspiracies
CMP 2010-08: Stormcrow Undone

CATSRM0405: SRM 04-05: On a Silver Platter
SRM 04-05: On a Silver Platter
CMP 2010-02: Copycat Killer
There's a weird inconsistency with this one as it includes CMP 2010-02 Copycat Killer, which is different from the CMP 2010-02 included in Sprawl Wilds named Carbon Copy. The adventures are related, but still very different; addiitonally, both have debriefing logs entitled CMP 2010-02, but with different content. Does anyone know why there are two different versions of CMP2010-02? Are there others like this?

Unofficial or unconfirmed, unpublished material
CMP2011: (unconfirmed if these have a "collection" title or not)
CMP 2011-01: Moving Day
CMP 2011-02: The Prize of Failure
CMP 2011-03: Threads of the Past
CMP 2011-05: Burn Notice
CMP 2011-06: TRO 2073
CMP 2011-07: Super Brawl Sunday
CMP 2011-08: Ain't That a Kick in the Head?

CMP 2012:
London Calling (title unconfirmed)
CMP 2012-01: Swing Vote
CMP 2012-02: Five Minutes to Midnight
CMP 2012-03: Silicon Slick
CMP 2012-04: Depth Charge

CMP 2013:
Dragon's Song (titles courtesy of PittsburghRPGA (thanks!))
CMP 2013-01: Jailbreak Rock
CMP 2013-02: Berlin Waltz
CMP 2013-03: Neo-Tokyo Fusion
CMP 2013-04: Ballroom Blitz

Dangerous Games (titles courtesy of PittsburghRPGA (thanks!))
CMP 2013-05: Rolling the Dice
CMP 2013-06: Double Down
CMP 2013-07: Full House
CMP 2013-08: Going For Broke

No info (confirmed or otherwise) on any further missions beyond CMP 2013-08

CMP 2014: (info courtesy of Sinthalix (thanks!))
Boundless Mercy
CMP 2014-01:  Recon
CMP 2014-02:  Search
CMP 2014-03:  Recover
CMP 2014-04:  Destroy

Company Men
CMP 2014-05:  Silence Is Golden
CMP 2014-06:  A Night's Work
CMP 2014-07:  Run Out The Guns
CMP 2014-08:  Demolition Run

Prime Missions
PM-01: Hunters Hunted
PM-02: Well Preserved

Comments
  • For some reason, the 2010 CMPs contain game mechanics for both SR4 and SR5, while the released 2008 and 2011/2012 CMPs are SR4 only.
  • This (presumably) means I'm missing information about the following:
    • Anything produced before CMP 2008 (was this the first run of CMPs?)
    • CMP 2009
    • Any and all information on Prime Runner missions, as I only know of the two titles right now

I'd appreciate any input (official or otherwise) as to what I should expect to find in stores currently (if I've missed any published works) as well as what is currently convention exclusives; unfortunately, I live in Houston, Texas, and I haven't found any cons nearby where Catalyst Demo Team agents are running any games (nearby according to Texas Standard = anywhere within a five hour travel time, by car or plane...).

Cheers!

Double posting to reserve posting space.

Background info from Bull on the state of the CMPs from 2010 (suggesting there might not be a 2009, although I might be reading too much into the post at this point):
http://forums.dumpshock.com/lofiversion/index.php/t37029.html

Additionally, I'm not sure if Free Taiwan fits in here anywhere.

Yep, I've got them up there under published material.

You'll note that strangely enough, there's also CMP 2011-04 in Elven Blood; anyone know why this one mission from '11 was included with the four from '12, and if the rest of the '11, '12, and '13 CMPs are/will be made available for purchase?

It looks like you have them double-listed under the Unpublished section under "Land of Promise". That's actually the title of the updated Tir Tangire e-book. I don't believe The Land of Promise contains any adventures.

So I do, thanks for catching that; fixed. Any idea why the CMP 2011-04 was grouped with CMP 2012-05 to 08?

It was a good intro to some of the players inside the ancients and the Tir plus Rusty loves elves.

I've run the various 2013 CMP's at various cons.

The Dragon's Song series is 2013-01 to 2013-04.
CMP 2013-01 Jailbreak Rock
CMP 2013-02 Berlin Waltz
CMP 2013-03 Neo-Tokyo Fusion
CMP 2013-04 Ballroom Blitz

The Dangerous Games series is 2013-05 to 2013-08
CMP 2013-05 Rolling the Dice
CMP 2013-06 Double Down
CMP 2013-07 Full House
CMP 2013-08 Going For Broke

I have no idea if or when these might be published for public consumption. The versions I ran were all marked "Draft".

Hope that helps.

Cordially,

Eric

Awesome, thanks Eric!

PalosApep Cool,  thanks man! Who's Rusty, by the way? I presume it's either one of the Devs/writers, or a character in Elven Blood?

That would be Russ Zimmerman, known around here as Critias, author of the Elven Blood adventures and the novella Neat (and possibly other works I'm forgetting or not aware of).

Ah, if only I was going to Origins! Thanks for the info, though, something to look forward to for 2015, I guess :)

[EDIT]
Updated the main post; if anyone else can shed any light on the remaining questions, I'd really appreciate it.

Since the events will be released for GenCon very soon, here are the four new SRMs we will run at GenCon and beyond

SRM 5B-07 10-57
SRM 5B-08 Amber Waves of Grain
SRM 5B-09 Ancient Rumblings
SRM 5B-10 Tick Tock

Please note that this numbering system is being used for convention purposes.  When released as PDFs, they may be numbered 5B-01 thru 04.

Enjoy!
