Actually you are both right.
Looking at my PDF version that I quoted from, it does NOT say anything about transportation under the individual lifestyles, Yet when I look in my DTF it makes some mention of them if you like I can paraphrase what it says. But I have a feeling that it was a silent errata to the PDF and they took mention of transportation under the lifestyles right out of the picture in favor of just the quote above.
