Does the bonus the Cerebral Booster gives to your logic apply to the total number of knowledge skills you start out with.  I've seen it go both ways.

Yes, friends, now you, too, can be LOBOT from Empire Strikes Back! ;D

So you are saying I no longer need a data jack and buy them all with new yen.  Think it cant give you more skills with the cebebral booster just helps with the ones you do have. It is easer to get knowledge softs than skills softs so if you are getting augmented a data jack, implanted com, or sim module is all you need no the skill wires.

That name always reminded me of horrible Canadian beer.

Then I realize that all Canadian beer is horrible.

Then I get myself a Jack and coke, and go back to playing, so I can laugh at Canray. ;)

It's five that's the sign of madness.  Three is just extreme emotion.

You can house rule it to do so, but the character creation section where it gives page numbers to the knowledge skills specify that the free points don't include any bonuses from augments.

Might make me seem unapproachable to folks new to the Forums who might want to know something about my works.

...

That's what I tell myself, at least.

Because responding to everyone talking about all the games they play in, and how much fun their having by calling them bastards makes you seem approachable. ;)

I'd write more, but I got to work on something for one of the characters I'm playing. ;)

I think it is mean to pick on poor canray just because he can't play like the rest of us.
It's almost the same as teasing a small African kid with food.

So a picture just for the canadian:
