In trying to figure out why I wasn't getting emails from you guys I discovered you're on the CBL naughty list:
http://www.abuseat.org/lookup.cgi?ip=67.192.254.201

IP Address 67.192.254.201 is listed in the CBL. It shows signs of being infected with a spam sending trojan, malicious link or some other form of botnet.

It was last detected at 2016-07-30 15:00 GMT (+/- 30 minutes), approximately 2 days, 22 hours, 30 minutes ago.

This IP address is infected with, or is NATting for a machine infected with the Neurevt trojan.

Thanks for posting this. I have passed along to CGL as I think it is also affecting BattleCorp emails.

Likely. It looks like CGL just has the one IP address.

They give you any update on this? Not sure if the server lag or the lack of email notifications is more annoying at this point. :P

Ah, radio silence. Catalyst has that at priority A!

Edit: I do appreciate your updates though. A bright light at the end of a long tunnel! :)

It was previously listed, but was removed at 2016-08-09 04:09 GMT (2 hours, 33 minutes ago)

And I received mails so all's good.

Let's hope they fixed the underlying issue and didn't just click the 'delist me' link. :P Guess time will tell! ;)

Another good thing is that now, we're sure the load times is the most frustrating issue of the two...

Usually identifying a frustration is the first step to fixing it, alas, not so in this case. I even offered to assist with the server but the offer was declined. :( But it will be fixed "Soon"*!

I got an email notification re a PM earlier today, so hat issues appears to have been addressed. Unfortunately, I don't have my more info in regards to the speed/sever performance issues.
