I was speaking with Kontact who was talking about character creation and the changes made to it. He said a the Errata implies that secondary attributes are included in the "half the BP of the character" rule. I can't seem to find it. In which Errata is it and where? (I'm trying to become up-to-date with the rules)

In BP-gen the secondary attributes(Magic/Resonance and Edge) are not counted against the half of you total points limit.
In karma-gen those are stupidly counted against the half+race cost limit.

No, but in karmagen the limit is half+the cost of your race

A little difference between BP-Sys and Karma-Sys is the limit for your Attributes, in basic BP you can have 1 Attribute and 1 Secondary at maximum. In the Karma-Sys you can only have 1 Attribut at maximum (the Secondaries are included).
