Is there a price and bonding cost for athames? If not how might y'all price them?

That depends largely what you want to do with it.

If you are looking at a traditional Athame, despite being a double sided blade most Athame are for more ceremonial purposes while the Boline is more the functional blade type used in outdoor settings, so most athame are usually just spirit, spell or power foci

tl;dr athames for use with blood magics were not meant for PCs so no costings were given or planned for.

That said I would probably treat it as a combo power/weapon focus with a binding cost of Rating x 9 since your lumping a lot together.
