observation platform of some kind, either of which is tracking the
area in which the user is operating, it counts as a sensor channel
for the tactical network (p. 125, Unwired). e Tactical Satellite
Mapping program is Rating 4 and does not function if its rating
is reduced
If I got this right I could run a sensor channel TM withut anyone else involved as long as I have accsess to a orbital platform?
how much is a blipp in that case =)
