Also with Aztlan causing worldwide tensions, one day its going to get squashed....

Aztlans' enemies: Amazonia, CAS, the two Tirs, Pueblo council, probably the NAN states too, Congo Tribal council. Carrabean League.

Its friends: Henan commie state, Vietnam, France(Aztlan owns Dassault and some French corps), Canton confederation(through Wu Xing).

Aztlan - the "sovereign nation" - has not been at war with Amazonia (ever!), CAS or Pueblo.
Pueblo, yes.

Aztlan Sourcebook, page 39-41
In 2035, Aztlan took its first steps to reclaim that land to the north that rightfully belonged to its people. The preceding year, the self-styled Confederated American States had seceded from the UCAS. [...] Aztlaner forces moved northward, driving deep into the heart of Texas. [...] The next year, an Aztlaner light-armored division moved north from staging areas near Ensenada to liberate (sic) the city of San Diego-again, territory that rightfully belonged to the Aztlan nation. [...] The following year, the terrorist nation of Amazonia moved forces north and annexed much of Colombia and Venezuela. Both of these sovereign states called on Aztlan to help them combat the invasion. Unfortunately, the Amazonian terrorists had already captured all of Venezuela, save for the city-state of Caracas, by the time our forces could mobilize. Aztlaner troops were able to defend approximately half of Colombia from the incursion, however, in a highly successful holding action. A counterattack in 2050 managed to reclaim at least a small portion of Venezuelan territory from the invaders, but the Aztlaner military deemed the full liberation of the entire country impossible.

Not to mention, a lot of Texans in the CAS will tell you they are at war with Aztlan.

No state of war was ever declared while the shooting was going on.  I should have said that.

Yes, and Vietnam wasn't a war, it was just a Congress-approved military engagement.

A French involvement could initiate a chess game on its own. So far, Amazonia did not try to take over French Guiana like it did with neighboring Suriname and Guyana. According to Wake of the Comet, they thought it did not worth going at war with European powers. On the corporate side, Saeder-Krupp, Proteus and Neonet have launchpads and space related assets in the area. And thus you'd get a third level of game involving Lofwyr, Celedyr, Hualpa and Sirrurg.

While talking about the space industry, add Buttercup-owned company Shibata C&E maintains Aztechnology main space station, The Spindle.

I can see a few things that can go wrong in the current Amazonia-Aztlan war:

1. There are hints the Azzies are using those magical produced carnivarous trees to bolster their defenses in Caracas. There is also a chance that these things get out of hand and start spreading beyond the war area. This could prompt Corporate court intervention(how about a orbital mass driver on the area).

2. The CAS(or any Aztlan enemy) takes advantage of the war to attack the Azzies..Texas anyone...anyways the CAS will probably wait until the Azzies are fully commited and suitably weakened.
May be dissuaded by Corporate court threats but I think Ares will fight for it in the corporate court. Maybe Horizon or even Saeder Krupp.

3. Both sides call on their secret magical weapons(or technological) and this goes out of control and spreads beyond the war area.....and the fun begins...

4. Amazonian allied terrorist groups hit Aztechnology assets all over the world. Disrupts the net and world trade....this will certainly bring the Corporate court into play.

Don't forget Asamando. If someone doesn't declare war against the ghouls then there is something wrong.

Hehehe, it's not about the ghouls being 'bad'. It's about the surrounding countries blaming (rightly or not) every missing persons report on the country of maneaters right next door.

I've always wanted to go on safari there.  Some giant elephant-drone with a nice air conditioned howdah on its back, lumbering through Asamodo, shootin' at anything that twitches.  *sighs wistfully*  It's the "tropical island" retirement fantasy several of my characters have been working towards.

Unfortunately the Ghouls and vampires there are armed with state of the art weaponry courtesy of Saeder Krupp.

The ghouls and vampires "safari" for a living and you're coming into their backyard on a nice big elephant-sized dinner cart.
