Basic background story:
Czernobog is a hacker for the Vory (Day Job) and seldomly actually goes on site to work. He freelances in his free time for runner teams without matrix backup of their own.

While on work he drives out with his Jackrabbit to a place with good matrix connection and has the car cruise on autopilot to avoid being tracked down. A Nixdorf secretary agent keeps watch over all equipment in his car. He is lying in a Valkyrie module that keeps track of his vitals and can disconnect him from his deck if necessary.

The car has a satellite link limiting distance noise to 5.
Czerno has 3 Datajacks and 4 Antennae for a total noise comp of 7

His deck is a Microtronica Azteca 300, modded to have an array of 8521
With Overclocker he turns that to 9 5 2 1
and with the appropriate program to 10 5 2 1
Perfect Timing allows him to switch the 10 from his relevant matrix stat to Firewall at the end of his turn, leaving the 5 at data processing most of the time.

While on a mission his so Jacked Up quality is on -1 Rea +1 Log
He uses Psyche with his Narco Mod for +2 Int +2 Log
and adds an unlocked Upper Mood BTL for another -1 Rea and +1 Int
Giving him a total Mental Attribute Array of CHA 4 INT 8 LOG 8 WIL 6

All relevant Skills are at six (except software) and specialized to be used in Hot Sim for a total of 10 dice (+2 while in Hotsim)
He is also a fanboy of his deck brand for another 1 dice
Codeslinger for Hack on the Fly adds another 2 dice (and for all hacking actions his limit is increased by 1 through Practice, Practice)

So on all matrix actions he rolls 19 dice, 21 for HotF with a limit of 10 or 11 +2 bought hits from his teamworking agent.

His deck uses a Program Carrier with Virtual Machine. That one contains Configurator and the Agent 4

He has two configurator programs that call up each other alternately

Offence: A1 S10 D5 F2
Stealth, Baby Monitor, Signal Scrub

Defense: A1 S10 D2 F10
Encryption, Armor, Smoke&Mirrors 5
In defense mode he has also 5 noise added to any distance mods this opponent has + the noise of his R4 Jammer (running wireless so his equipment isn't affected)

Inside hosts he exchanges Signal Scrub for S&M since noise isn't an issue in there, but getting detected is.

He starts out running silent, sneaking MARKs on everything with 19 dice, relying on his 18 dice to not be detected by matrix perception. If it's critical he even goes Full Matrix defense for 6 more dice.
That done, he does whatever with his 17 dice +2 bought dice from his agent.


Do you see any problems with this build? Runners are encouraged to use plenty of data taps so even wireless off systems can be compromised.

I don't see any major issues, arguably it lacks on physical side. It's certainly a nice example of the currently in vogue hot swap method. Though i have to admit the high life style jack rabbit amuses me more then I care to admit.  However I am shocked that the jack rabbit had the slots for a valkyrie pod.

A VM only needs two points - theoretically you could install one on a monocycle  ::)
And yeah, the decker is not meant to participate on any missions outside of his car.

Teamworking agent doesn't give you auto hits, it gives you +1 limit and his hits as a dicepool bonus.  Are you saying he gives you 8 dice for 2 bought hits?

Yes, it's rather tedious to always roll the agent too (on average you'd get 2.66 hits from its support), so buying two hits is best for a quick resolution (remember this isn't a player character but a hacker contact that is supposed to be easy for the GM to handle)
