<<Bad news. It seems the bad guys have doubled - and the new ones have professional looking augments plus a ki-adept. Get them out fast. I can try to delay them a bit, but there is a powerful spirit around that probably won't like it if I use blatant magic.
I'll provide a distraction for you.>>

Rex trotted of sniffing the air and moved directly towards the Yakuzas. When he had reached the group he sniffed once more before starting to bark and whine loudly enough to be heard above the music.

Waywalker quickly assessed the situation and gave orders to his drones accordingly.
"More you stay inside, more likely they are to catch you without any chance for me to act. Go through the emergency exit I'm signaling with the ARO, I'll cover your escape."
Waywalker ordered his Rotodrones to have the door on sight, then he had his Agent report Matrix activity from the Yakuza group.

Jack wasn't entirely surprised by how quickly things had deteriorated, after all it had taken the team almost no time to identify and and find Trixie themselves so other interested parties, who'd probably had the jump on them as well, also turning up were par for the course. Just wish I could have got the girls moving a little quicker

Seeing the highlighted exit Jack triggered a quick response to Waywalker and Rex. >>You'll need to kill the alarms on that exit, if at all possible Waywalker, before we can take it otherwise we'll probably have even more trouble descending on us. Reginald, any distraction you can manage right now would definitely be welcome. I could probably have handled the gangers but throw in the Yaks as well and I'm seriously outclassed. If you can make the crowd in here a little more dense, even if it's just an illusion, I could certainly work with that and if you could make Trixie and her friend look different as we disappear in he crowd we can just walk our way out of here. Waywalker, do you have a good enough floorplan of this place assembled to drop into ARO for me in case we have to bail on the emergency exit.<<

"So beautiful," Jack throws her a quick wink, "things were just getting interesting between us and now we have to bail. The 2 of you stick close to me and do exactly as I say and you'll get out of this unharmed."

A quick scan of the crowd gave Jack what he needed and he led the 2 girls directly into the thickest, heaviest part of the crowd giving them directions on how to blend in and adjust their clothing and posture to look different as he manoeuvred them towards the exit Waywalker had highlighted. At the same time he triggered the electrochromatic options on his clothing so that he too would look different by the time they emerged from the crowd whilst also making adjustments to his gait and posture.

Surprised by the barking dog, people is the dance floor stops dancing - which make progress towards their target difficult for both the ganger and the "Yakuza looking" people. This helps Fox and the girls to reach the exit door pointed by Waywalker. However, once they are there, the ganger start shoving around dancer, and more importantly, pull out weapons. The newcomers also spot Fox and his little group and also decides to draw weapons...
Please all roll initiative and do your test for you first actions! Out of characters, I assume this would be more a chase than anything else, so do gear your actions toward this direction, because a "all shoot out" with that many characters over post might take a while...
For a moment the dog stopped barking and instead got down while whining a bit as if he'd been kicked.
Anyone who payed close attention could notice that for a moment the dog became absolutely rigid.
A short message appeared on the team's links: <<I'm ready to throw down. This will get ugly.>>
And indeed immediately afterwards the dog's form shimmered - for the fraction of a tenth' second a human body seemed to overlaid before the dog's armor suddenly extended as magnetic flaps released to accommodate the slightly larger frame of a freaking mountain lion. At the same time the "Service Dog" display on the armor had vanished and was replaced with a muted urban camo design.

@Jack_Trade your first combat turn actions won't be interrupted, so keep the same initiative and go for your second combat turns moves. But before to roll an Charisma + Intimidation [Social] (applying any bonuses you see fit) in your new form to evaluate the crowd reaction.

@Haywire You have already seen the host, so you can cancel your second pass and get one more action (Spoof Command to turn on the sprinkler I'm guessing) for your third pass.

Reginald felt the spirit's consciousness casting it's spell, trying to replace the one he kept going, but it had trouble directing the mana. Their shared body was assaulted by the free flowing mana even though the spirit prevented the pain from reaching Rex.
He used a whisp of the free flowing mana to create a selfsustaining loop on the spell that disguised his form on the astral.
Once it was steady and he felt the world slowing down just a bit from the second, successful spell, he acted:
One of the goons had drawn a weapon and pointed it in Fox' general direction. Without hesitation he jumped and tried to bury his fangs where he knew a major artery run, while already planing who to attack next.

Palming roll to plant stealth tracker on Trixie as she passes: 9d6t5 4

Fox slammed into the fire exit triggering the door, no longer caring if the action triggered alarms or not, and got Trixie and her friend moving"Move it ladies, you need to hustle right now now. I have help on the way who'll meet us at the other end of the fire escape. MOVE NOW!" Using the commotion and chaos of the environment Fox took the opportunity to slip a stealth tracker onto Trixie as she passed him covering the action as part of his hurrying her along.

Even in the Sixth World, where magic is a somewhat common phenomenon, the sudden appearance of predator like a Puma does certainly break the usual jaded looks and behavior of the "young things" dancing on the floor. Many of them are simply running away, screaming, but some other - probably high, just look at the creature smiling. At last, a few of the people, probably more "prone to violence" are already reaching for their weapons, if any, or looking for the closest items that could be use for as a weapon.

If the gangers targeting Trixie are completely thrown off by the sudden outburst of the crowd, the "Yakuza-like" goons are far less destabilized. Thus, they aims directly to the door Fox has managed to hush the girls in. Some even use the commotion to dispatch a couple of gangers, quite discreetly, on their way to the exit However, between the panic and the sprinkler now watering the all room, their progress is slow at best. The goons also appears to completely ignored the huge feline on the dance floor, taking it for the distraction it intend to be. They are still wary of the creatures, but not taking the bait.

Trixie and her girlfriend did followed Fox's queue promptly and the escort girl did not realized that, on top of pushing her in the right direction, the runner was also putting a tracker on her. Fox being the last one he looks behind to assess what is happening.

The physical adept of the group of goons, is the one who made the most progress inside the panicking crowd, he is now only a few meters away from the exit, shoving the last group of fleeing dancer out of his way. The other goons are slowly forming a line between him and the puma, to be intercept the creatures, should it decide to come to the rescue of Fox and the girls. All have ready their weapons, small SMGs coming out of the "bump" on their suits...
To be faster I rolled my dice on my tablet and not using Orokos sorry for those who would have loved to see that.

You can re-roll initiative and tell me what to do for this round. Only the
phys ed will be "active", all the other guns have delayed their actions to see
what the puma does.

"Keep Moving" Fox quickly realised that there was no way that both him and the girls were going to be able to outrun the Yak adept and shifted his attention to buying the time needed for the girls to escape. Even if they avoided Waywalker the tracker he'd planted would give then the edge over all the other parties that seemed interested in Trixie. If he could slow the adept he hoped that Rex would be able to slow the others.

As the adept closed on him Fox shifted his weight slightly, allowing slightly more to hang over his back back leg, before pushing forward into the oncoming man and prepared for the inevitable clash of bodies.
I'm planning on moving the fight into hand to hand to make use of Jujitsu to control and then neutralise the adept.

Starting with a clinch/throw combo to take the adept down.

Will wait on Belaran to confirm if Fox will get to act before the adept (doubtful) or if I will have to defend first against an attack from the adept (more likely) :D

I'm not entirely sure about the layout and the actual number of gangers and Yakuza or which Ini round we are in now (Rex would start his third round, but that's not necessarily identical with the start of the combat)
Ini Round 3 (from my count): Ini: 18+4d6 35

So just tell me if what I write doesn't fit with your vision and I'll correct it:

That said: Time for a bit of stunt work:

Jump Charge:
AGI 9 Skill 6
Jump: 15d6t5 5
That's equal to 2.5m jump height and 10m distance

Jumping over the wall of opponents, charging towards the exit to support Fox and trying to knock down the adept:
AGI 9 Skill 8 SHP 1 MS 2 Charge 2 Called Shot (Knockdown) -4:
Charge Attack (Knock Down): 18d6t5 7

Knock Down (Melee Only): An attacking character may attempt to knock his opponent to the ground by bowling him over, sweeping his feet out from under him, pulling him off balance, or any similar maneuver. The attacker must declare his intention to perform a knockdown attack during the Declare Actions part of the Action Phase. The attacker makes a melee attack as normal. If he scores more hits than the defender, compare the attacker’s Strength + net hits to the defender’s Physical limit. If the attacker’s total exceeds the defender’s Physical limit, the attacker knocks the defender to the ground. This knockdown attack causes no damage to the target (except maybe to their pride). The attacker chooses whether to follow the defender to the ground (a free Drop Prone action) or stay on his feet—unless he glitches, in which case he falls as well. On a critical glitch, the attacker falls down while the defender stays standing.
Chaos, fear, the smell of blood - Rex had a hard time to stay focused, so strong was Raijū's influence - a good thing he had called a servant of Bishamon into himself to keep his mind clear, or at least clear enough to recognize the danger to his chummers:

With scratching claws he surged forward, using the bar to his left to gain height. With a might leap he jumped over the heads of the assembled thugs, aiming directly for the back of the magically active Yakuza that was heading towards Fox.

Waywalker looked the feed from the drone and quickly tried to come up with a plan.
"Let's see if these Yaks took 101 Matrix security..."
In the while, the Fly Spy started to follow Trixie and the Rotodrones moved to enter the building through a window.

@Stoneglobe: the way I see the scene, your PC can definitely simply waits for the physical adept to arrive, and then throw the first punch.. But thanks to Rex action, the physical adept is now knocked down - you can therefore change your action accordingly.

@Jack_Spade: Yes, the number of opponents is purposely unclear, between the flickering light of the club, the fact that there is two group, arriving from different direction, it is difficult to assess. You could use an Observe in Details action to get a better idea of the how many, but your proposed action are consistent with the set up (and probably a better idea). The adept Physical Limit is 7, but in my game, in case of equality, I always gives the advantages to the PCs, to he is knocked down !

@Haywire: You can't seen any icons that could be tied to anything that the physical adept appears to be wearing, but you can spot all the automatics from the goons... all conveniently PAN onto one commlink...
Rex, in his puma form, completely surprised the goons with automatics, who dodged, rather than open fire - not realizing, the big cat was aiming for their partner. Finishing his jump right on his target, the feline knock down the adept, just before he could get into the emergency exit took by Fox. In the meantime, Waywalker in the matrix just spot a commlink nearby, not running silent with a PAN with several automatics gun wired to it...
