Title: What is on your GM Screen?

I'm trying to prepare for my run at the GM chair. What tables and information do I need on my GM screen? What info do your guys find is must have quick reference while your running your games? Are there any good premade GM Screens out there.

Notes: I was going to use the GM Screen Product as a reference, but apparently it can't be found anywhere. I am also going to be running 5e if that was a question.

The official screen is just the tables from the back of the CRB. I have added response time and object resistance rolls to it. Need to add drone/vehicle hit miss too some day.
