Nice. Hopefully he is a NPC Prime Runner at this point. A PC TM of that caliber would be scary as hell.

Yep, NPC for now.  The chaos mage has him as a contact.  The players are are playing the latest generation, but I plan to tie everything together at some point.  At some point (maybe), I'll let them break out the old characters (revised for 4ed) as PCs and have a go with a run.

A truly dedicated Hacking TM is impossible for a System to find sometimes. Thread Stealth to a 10 and instant invisible TM.

Matrix Perception is an opposed test.  Stealth is only a threshold when hacking in.  Once you get in, it's your hacking + stealth vs their computer + analyze.  You'll probably win, most of the time, but you're hardly invisible because of 4 dice.  A rating 3 agent with a homeground 3 autosoft and a r6 optimized analyze program throws 12 dice, costs less than 5k and runs on a bog standard R3 node.  That's potentially problematic for any net runner.  Try and sneak past a perception-boosted Adept hacker and you're boned.
