All of which can be seen through by Matrix professionals on high alert.

Then there's the fact that DocWagon uses manned ambulances and choppers rather than drones for their emergency pickups, so the drone ruse wouldn't work anyway.

You sure about that?

Matrix specialists on high alert will focus on the runners - they can't just randomly attack drone traffic - especially not if members of the sec force have been hurt. I want to see the Spider who randomly attacks drones that are sending their Emergency signal.
If what you say were true a typical rigger couldn't bring his drones on any run.
