Starting campaign in Peru as players have chose to recreate a version of Avatar near Nazca. In the attempt they are creating a city that is part of the terrain as much as possible using nanotech, biotech, magic and anything else. I have ultimate base from hero games and am using it as a guideline for the kingdom rules. Any thoughts?
