Do you think casinos in Vegas would be owned by Megacorps or Amerindians or Mafia or what?

Yes. ;)

Everyone would have a hand in the business. The Amerindians would be the out-right owners, but Mafia and other organized crime would probably supply some "security" and such. Meanwhile, the Megacorps would provide everything from food & supplies to the latest software for electronic roulette (it's not futuristic, either -- saw an computerized roulette wheel at Mystic Lake Casino).

So if the chips were like round cred chips then would you just need one for the whole casino? I wonder how all that would work.

Just like it works nowadays in Vegas.

Yes, chips are legal tender. BUT they are only legal in the casino that you got them from. If I took a chip from the Sands in Vegas home, then came back years later, that chip is still worth the same amount of money as when I left. Which is why if they are getting rid of old chips, they have to be destroyed completely. And why counterfeiting chips is just as bad as counterfeiting money.

Iirc the Mafia still is strong in Vegas, but the Koshari (sp?) are making inroads now that it's PCC territory.
