I binged Mr. Robot and certain episodes really feel like street level runs.
Playability > verisimilitude.

Great stuff, I'm binge watching Leverage, and it's got a good 'theme'.

I just now figured out, that "The big Lebowski" was a run!
the best way to defeat a monster, is to give it what it wants, and then run like hell.

Warehouse 13 as a retrieve the object kind of shadowrun.

I'll plug Cypher with Jeremy Northam and Lucy Liu. Limited release, then to DVD (and eventually Netflix), so not many have seen it. Not sure if it is still on Netflix or not, but it's pretty enjoyable with some nice twists.

I don't know if anyone watched it but the new series minority report definitely shows the detective side of things with some cool drone use.

Black Mirror is a great show for Matrix-related inspiration.

Well as most of the older ones have been covered two new ones I saw that do shadowrun reasonably well - the whole magic angle are (I put more than the name in spoiler's to avoid spoiling things if people want to take a look and there are major spoilers in the spoiler bits) . . .

Momentum http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3181776/
Very nice little example. At the start you've got all the fancy gagets including a bank vault that wont let them in because they knocked a tooth out of the bank manager who's the "key"  and then later on you have the powerful senator (who could easily be a corp example) and lots of tricks/double dealing. Then at the end the main heroine hasn't actually won (very much a setup for another film)
Dark was the night http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2251281
This one's more an awakened angle with them stirring up what lurks in the woods. Fun thing is at the end you find out its not some ancient monster lurking in the woods its an entire nest/pack/tribe/? of them so rather than the usual how did X survive you know that this lot is breeding and living in the deep woods till human's got too close to the awakened critters and they went on a rampage due to loss of natural habitat.
I'd actually recommend dark was the night as a decent horror movie too as long as you don't mind a slow development.

Haywire (2011).  Great example of a Johnson trying to clean up by geek in operatives.

So, going to end up showing my age here with some of the suggestions, along with the fact I've watched a lot of B movies in my time. Also I'm not going to repeat anyone else's suggestions, just know that I do agree with most of them.

Split Second
Nemesis
TC-2000
Any of the Transporter Films or TV series (judgement still reserved on the new one as yet to see it)
Angel Cop (Anime)
Cybercity - Oedo 808 (Anime)
Cyber Tracker 1 & 2
The Crow (only the original though)
Black Rain
Terminator and Terminator 2
Terminator, The Sarah Connor Chronicles
The Bionic Woman (Actually not that bad)
Strange Days
Dollhouse
Cast a Deadly Spell (obviously more Cthulhu but very good for noir and use of magic)
End of Days
Ultraviolet (film rather than British Vampire Hunting TV series)
Alias
Dark Angel (the Dolph Lundgren film)
Inception
Chuck
Until The End Of the World
New Rose Hotel
Paycheck

God, the list is almost endless so am going to stop before I end up going through my entire collection  :o

Wait..The Bionic Woman but no mention of The Six Million Dollar Man, especially since the Six Billion Dollar Man movie is going to come out. For shame. But I forgive you since you mentioned Black Rain.

Honestly, I'd either go for Continuum or Black Lagoon.
Finally sat down and watched Lagoon. Now I'm itching to run a campaign in soutbeast asia.
