My game group just started SRM5 last month. As a way to bring in the players and the characters into the overall story, I am supplementing the gameplay with fiction. Most of it is original, but some stories are inspired by missions and the fiction they have in them.
This piece, titled
Proper Tribute, is part of my version of the
Critic's Choice mission. The protagonists in this story are also, in my campaign, in the vehicle at the first encounter with the fleshmongers giving that fight more resonance.
