I started my first game last night. I've played Shadowrun before but that was back in second edition and sadly not for long.

One of my players bought the Occular Drone Modification for his cyber eyes. I am assuming that the ocular drone requires a Control Rig to be controlled like any other drone. Do I have the right of it? If the book spells it out, I seem to be overlooking it.

A control rig in 4th simply boosts your ability to control drones while jumped in. As long as you have a commlink, you can jump into a drone you own (or have taken control of).

Thanks. I'll let my player know that he can lose the control rig if he wants.
