Ok, full disclosure. I'm not the happiest in the world with this guy. If you read some of my other characters you'll know these are supposed to be NPCs, GM controlled party hirelings. I'm trying to focus more on riggers, magic and matrix since it sounds like the players are covering the Sam and face slots respectively. This one, well he does not feel quite right so I put him up and may ask for help with a couple others.

Super short version: Skippy is a Squirrel boy (Hence the SURGE) who is a rigger, but has until recently just focused on single combat vehicles. He wants to be a chef but his lack of SIN/fake SIN getting burned makes lessons hard and he already splurged a loan he cannot afford on a tricked out food truck. So at this point it's runs and figuring out how to make ends meet with bowls of pre packaged Ramen.

Rather than typing things out as I normally do, I shall simply post from chummer as people are want to do. At least this time around.
