"Thanks Flatline... I should have done better I'll figure out some other solution. I normally am quite adept at crossing wards. Tanks for watching my butt" Frustrated Yael returns to the safehouse, and watches bnc doing her thing. Feeling a bit bored she goes to her room and bring the guitar - and as the skinny decker would not mind the noise decides to play it a bit until she wakes up. Perhaps bnc was more successful - "of course she was more successful - she is a real decker and I am a baby mage. Can't even cross a simple ward with my ward crossing magic. Dammit"

Her fingers played the guitar and she quietly played some of classical cornerstones of the Rock music, something about melancholic privileged people, but SINNers complaining how difficult and depressing life were - in a world that was considerably better than this one. That gave some of these masterpieces a whole new meaning... If only Pink Floyd knew how privileged they were.
Actually, I really meant both of them. So you did the exactly right thing :) I just forgot to actually roll for perception as well.
bnc posts the few new chunks of info on the info wall, then sets up her agent to follow the icon (in silent mode, of course). She'll attempt to hack it, but later. Some security measures are to be made first. One is, he should be asleep when she returns. The other is...

<@Dr. Schmitt <Excuse me, sir, to disturb you so soon after your departure. Do you deem it possible to acquire a cheap burner SIN or two for me? I intend to go after Zola - both via his commlink and through the Indigo Spheres host, maybe later his private system - but in case of failure I don't want to stain any of my SINs, including Ruth. It need not be something of high quality. Just anything I can post out there.
If this be no further nuisance, I would be delighted if you could make it 17 years old, male, middle to upperclass. I think, Javier is a nice name, but I leave the details to you or your skilled co-workers.
Thanks for the fish.>

Schmitt replied at once: <<Be very careful with your attack on Zola. If you do it, don't do it from the safe house. I'll have the fake SIN for you ready in a few hours. I can't promise the name, as my contact usually just clones existing people's credentials.>>

True to his word two hours later, bnc received the necessary data for two pirated personas: A 16 year old Horizon resident, called Yaden Hawk and a 32 year old Ares Lawyer, called Anny O'Donnel.

<@Dr. Schmitt <thx doc i bin kein
amateur>>

A moment later, a second text message arrives his message.
<@Dr. Schmitt <trotzdem danke ich weiß ihre
aufmerksamkeit zu schätzen>>

I'm wondering how long I can keep this bulldrek up. Be
nice, honey, think of the money, and punch somebody else's face.
All right. First the less hairy ones. Let's go dig into the club's
innards.

"Hulloh, everyone. I need an escort. Can someone gimme a
rid to that dicks' lair? I wanna break into the system, find out what it
looks like, stuff. I don't mean to go inside, but I'd feel better with
some heavy biscuits with me. Special K?"

If they agree, bnc travels with her guard near to the Indigo Sphere's
physical location. There she looks for a café, an empty building or some
other good hiding place, loads Yaden's SIN into her deck, deactivates
her commlink, and approaches the indigo sphere.

Once bnc emerges from her virutal world Yael asked "How did it go? I was not very successful - I verified that they have wards in the agency and a watcher. Pretty standard  - but I could not enter the ward itself. I am not certain if I should go there as I may want to work there so might not be wise to let them see me and assense my real aura, perhaps Flatline would like to blow of some steam - he seemed a bit uptight earlier."

She then texts to update the rest >> @Team there is also magical security at the site. Kind of standard but we need to understand how much magic we can use in there... So that I can pass their background checks if sending me to work there is the idea.  Perhaps Flatline should enjoy the merits of that place and verify what kind of security they have inside the ward? "

Flatline replied: <<I'll leave that to Krestov and Slobbertooth- I'm neither suave enough to go to Indigo Spheres nor do I want to spoil the SIN that is the face of Meteor.>>

Meanwhile, Krestov had secured the undivided attention of the two girls. The blond one grinned at the remark and nudged the brunette who seemed to have preferred talking a bit more about boyfriends.
The blond one answered: "Thanks for the invite, I'm Charlene. I've never seen you two here before. Are you with building security?"

Slobbertooth shook his head.

"No we're not building security, just a couple of out-of-towners on business trip looking to relax. It wasn't a bad guess though. Jonathan here is usually in charge of security.

What are you two ladies doing here? I can't imagine that the bar is the biggest draw."

Charlene smiled: "Haha, no we are just on our coffee break. It's just conveniently across from our work place.  But what are security guys from out of town doing here of all places? Don't tell me they are going to rework the security layout again! I've just got used to the new key and voice locks."

Before bnc leaves, she answers Anna: "I achieved what I was up to, which is not very much at the moment. This is bigger than what we did before. I must set up security measurements before I can start. You can find my infos on the info wall.
Don't try to enter a second time. It might not be worth it, and we must not attracht attention. Have you been caught? Have you been identified?"
Jack, would you please roll Indigo Sphere's Opposed roll? I scored 5 hits to mark the host in my latest post. I don't think I know its defense pool already. If I succeed, please describe what files I can access. I'm especially interested in the personnel database as well a the clients database.
I change into silent mode immediately after scoring my first hit, before entering the host.
I assume that Schmitt provides me with access to whatever grid Indigo Spheres is on.

Actually, you do:
True to his word, Schmitt had transferred another ID packet to bnc that contained a paid account to Indigo Spheres which allowed her to request placing a MARK on the R5 Host of Indigo Spheres (A6S5D7F8).

I almost always front load my posts with info, so you can get started.

Besides, you already can enter the host legally through your paid account.
I'm terribly sorry. I promise to note stats in the future in a separate file.

I can't enter the host legally with Yaden's SIN. But I guess, it makes sense to do the matrix search legally.
I'll swap to Ruth, enter the host and perform two matrix searches (ooh, I just remembered that I raised INT by a point :D):
Matrix Searchs (Personnel db, clients db): 2#14d6t5 2 6
Uh, well.

The inside of the indigo host isn't especially remarkable - for a sixth world escort service at least. The virtual landscape alternates between club , bathing beach and cafe atmosphere. The avatars of beautiful people in enticing garments are everywhere.
Navigating through this place, bnc soon finds a separate location within the host called Belladonna. As discreet info points explain this is the Seattle based part of the operation.

Looking through the personal data base is no problem, at all showing bnc a multitude of girls who with a bit of make up and hair coloring might be replaced by Anna.
The client database is unsurprisingly locked away and secured, but bnc's snooping at least reveals where the data is kept.
bnc is well aware of the little cupid fluttering overhead - as patrol ICs go it's one of the more overt forms.

"We won't be changing the security measures. At least we aren't planning to. Today we're just here to test the camera coverage and Jonathan is here to ask employees about the experience with the security protocols so far. Speaking of which, if you'll excuse me I need to go walk around like an idiot while John asks you who's birthday is being used for the keycodes around here."

Slobbertooth began to wander aimlessly around the room with a soykaf, trying to do stopping at certain intervals to reach into his pocket and check his commlink as if there was a camera feed going to it."

"Thank god. We had so many false alarms at the start, I think it would have been easier to just employ a security guard.
I mean, I get it: It's certainly a lot more secure than what we had before, but the voice recognition is so precarious I've been really tempted to just record saying my name and use that instead of repeating myself over and over until the stupid machine understands me."

She smiled at Krestov
"It's good that the company does an evaluation about this. I've got two write ups for getting in too late when I was right on time - outside the door."
